Are you or is someone you know living with disability?
Expressions of interest are now open to join Scope’s Customer Insight Committee.
Scope wants to meet the challenges and explore the possibilities that the National Disability insurance Scheme (NDIS) presents. For this reason, the Committee will provide advice and recommendations to Scope management based on their own views and experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure that the people Scope supports exercise their right to participate in decisions that affect them.
The Committee will establish and implement a consultation framework on topics including:
- Service delivery and planning
- Service quality
- Policies, procedures and processes
- Feedback and complaints
- Strategic direction
Applications are invited from people with disability interested in shaping the future of Scope as we prepare for the full implementation of the NDIS.
Due to a level of independence from Scope, the following groups of people are not eligible for appointment to the Committee:
- Current clients
- Family members
- Committee members
Additional eligibility criteria apply to former employees, directors and committee members.
Further information about this vital role may be obtained from Tricia Malowney or Robert Moore.
