A Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider is responsible for things such as collecting rent and organising maintenance of the SDA enrolled dwelling, they may or may not be the landlord.

The residents are aged between 50-65 and are all male. They attend programs most weekdays, and also enjoy a range of recreation and leisure activities including movies, music, computers, gaming, going for drives and visiting cafes.
