Testimonials
Very valuable, the videos were a great introduction to Communication Access.
Enjoyed hearing from the perspective of people living with communication access issues during the intro and throughout the learning. Helped keep it engaging and relevant. Content was easy to understand and using the lifecycle was a great way to show the end-to-end journey. Case studies were also great.

Like the inclusion of having the refresher opportunities, really thorough insight into this early stage that often gets overlooked. The example of diversity statements was super helpful!

The suggestions on what to do and what not to do plus the resources [was valuable or useful]. The case studies were great throughout the module and brought barriers to successful onboarding to life.

I liked the focus on social events. Really love the development stage and moving away from tokenism.

Great reminder that everyone has feedback to give that would be valuable to the organisation. [I liked] how it reinforced the idea that inaccessibility and ableism can lead to higher turnover of valuable staff.

The use of the videos of people with lived experience I think is excellent. This really shows what communication access is and will resonate with the end user. The resources are easy to understand and clear. The interactive nature makes this engaging and flows well through each stage. It can be repetitive at times with the information, however this is needed as it shows relevance at each stage of the employment lifecycle.

This is a smash of a resource!!! It's a phenomenal piece of work and will be so beneficial. I couldn't help but notice how much of it meets the success measures for work in the Disability Action Plan... others won't need to start to reinvent the wheel, if they know just how much this resource will cover."
