Today marks a milestone day with the coming together of two of the country’s most trusted and respected NDIS registered disability service providers, Scope and Disability Services Australia.
Chair of the Scope Group, Professor Sanchia Aranda AM said today marks a significant step towards realising a shared promise for a better future and outcomes for people with disability with the coming together of Scope and Disability Services Australia.
“Our mission drives us, so we’re thrilled to have the opportunity to support even more people to live as empowered and equal citizens” she said.
“The potential of our combined passion and resources will be a powerful catalyst for our vision for effecting greater social impact.”
Scope Chief Executive Officer Dr Jennifer Fitzgerald AM said the coming together of Scope and Disability Services Australia is a significant step towards the vision we both share, “a vision for a better future and outcomes for people with disability across Australia”.
“We have a shared vision to achieve the best possible outcomes for our customers and their families,” she said.
“Our immediate priority is to ensure seamless continuity of support and instil a sense of stability and confidence, for customers, families and the staff of Disability Services Australia,” she said.
At Scope, people are at the heart of everything. This now includes the Disability Services Australia team, who will be supported to embrace the same sense of hope and confidence.”
