Accessible employment opportunities available with Australian Electoral Commission

The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is recruiting a temporary workforce for the 2022 federal election.

The AEC is a strong supporter of equal employment opportunities and is committed to promoting diversity and inclusiveness at the workplace. No election experience is necessary and training will be provided to all selected candidates.

While applying, participants will be asked if they have any disability and whether any reasonable adjustment to their workplace may be required. The AEC may also contact them to discuss their situation further. If any participant is visually impaired or has low vision or has any difficulty in completing the registration online, they can contact the AEC on 13 23 26 for assistance. COVID-19 safety measures will be in place at election workplaces to help protect participants.
