Scope’s response to coronavirus (COVID-19)
A message from our CEO Dr Jennifer Fitzgerald.
I am sure that many of you have been keeping up to date with the national and international developments of coronavirus (COVID-19).
At Scope, we are committed to doing our best to ensure you and your loved ones remain safe.
Every decision that Scope makes during this period will be made with the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees in mind.
To protect you and your families, we have taken the following actions:
- Formed an Incident Management Team to manage the potential impact of coronavirus.
- Ensured that all essential services are delivered for so that we can support you in the best way possible.
- All Scope employees are aware of Infection Prevention and Control Procedures and all service locations are well-equipped with supplies.
- We’ve implemented social distancing by limiting non-essential face-to-face meetings.

Scope will continue to follow advice from the Australian Government and Department of Health and Human Services. We will communicate relevant information as it develops.
