Coronavirus (COVID-19): What’s Scope doing?
Scope is closely monitoring and responding to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health alert. The safety of our customers and employees are our top priority.
We are following the information and advice from the Australian Government and the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services.
We have a dedicated team and have put our action plan in place to keep everyone safe, and ensure that essential services can continue.

The hotline is available for all Scope and Home@Scope customers, families and carers and employees.
What can you do?
If you are a customer, family or carer, supplier or employee, here’s some important things you can do to help us keep everyone safe:
- If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or have any flu-like symptoms like fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, please self-isolate and seek immediate medical attention.
- If you have these symptoms or have been diagnosed with the coronavirus (COVID-19), please inform Scope by calling our hotline on 1300 4 72673 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
