Moving to NDIS Quality and Safeguards

We’re working on new requirements and changes

The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission has been developed to be an independent agency to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services.

The commission regulates NDIS providers, provide national consistency, promote safety and quality services, resolve problems and identify areas for improvement.

Our Quality and People & Culture teams have been working on the requirements and changes that need to be implemented across the organisation.

One change that has been implemented across Scope is how you can provide feedback and complaints to Scope.

This information is available on our website < https://www.scopeaust.org.au/about-scope/feedback-and-complaints-process> or at your Scope site.
