At Scope, we know that an important part of meeting challenges and exploring the possibilities that the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) brings is making sure our customers are at the centre of our decision making.
It’s Important for us to understand what’s working for our customers and how can we improve.
Scope’s Customer Insight Committee (CIC) is an advisory body that helps us make sure we involve our customers in the design and delivery of our services.
Established in 2015, Scope’s Customer Insight Committee (CIC) is made up of people with a disability. The purpose of this advisory board is to provide a strong and independent voice in improving services for Scope customers.
The committee provides advice and recommendations to management based on presentations and discussion on various Scope policies and from feedback provided from customers who use Scope’s services.
Over the 4 years it has been operational, the committee has reviewed and provided feedback on many of Scope’s policy initiatives.
Applications are now invited from people with disability interested joining the CIC and in shaping the future of Scope. The CIC is intended to have a level of independence from Scope. For that reason, current clients, parents, family members, employees, directors, committee members, contractors and suppliers are not eligible for appointment.
