Research earns Scope a place on Most Innovative Companies List
Scope is honoured to be announced as one of Australia and New Zealand’s Most Innovative Companies.
Scope was named on the Australian Financial Review’s prestigious annual Top 100 Most Innovative list last night, gaining recognition for a new outcome measurement tool called MiSO.
MiSO – an acronym for Measuring Impact and Service Outcomes – is an online app that enables service providers to measure the impact and outcomes of their services for people with a disability. The ground-breaking new tool was launched this year following a decade of Scope research and development.
Delivered in partnership with Socialsuite, MiSO collects, compiles and analyses outcomes data in one single, easy-to-access location. The app allows service providers to measure outcomes, track performance against goals, use the data captured to inform service delivery and improvement, and provide evidence of outcomes to customers and funding bodies, such as the NDIA.
Led by Dr Stella Koritsas, Scope’s research team has spent over 10 years working on outcomes measurement in the disability sector.
The Australian Financial Review Most Innovative Companies list (previously the BRW Most Innovative Companies list) is now in its seventh year. Organisations are evaluated based on their nominated new product or service, the quality of their overall innovation program and through a survey of all employees. The list ranks the most innovative organisations in Australia and New Zealand, and is the only national, cross-industry list of its kind.
