Scope is a people business. People supporting people.

Our vision is to empower our clients and employees to live their dreams, push boundaries, and create meaningful opportunities to belong and thrive. At the heart of our organisation is the relationship between our clients and the people who support them.

Whether this support for our clients comes from a donor who contributes to a new service, a local business who helps us turn a house into a home, one of our disability support workers who creates an environment of independence and choice, or the family who love them – these are the relationships that enable us to achieve our vision.

That’s why we’re launching new initiatives to make sure we nurture these relationships and listen to the people that matter most.

New Family and Supporter newsletter launched

At Scope, we deeply value the crucial role that families and supporters play in the lives of those we support. Their dedication, insight, and advocacy help shape the way we provide care, ensuring we deliver the highest standard of support, inclusion and empowerment for our clients.

We are excited to strengthen this connection with the launch of The Supporter Circle, our new newsletter for the families and supporters of our clients. Through The Supporter Circle, we will provide clear, timely insights into the work we’re doing, our achievements, and the ways we are improving our services.

Through our Family and Supporter Advisory Panel, families and supporters are playing an active role in how our services are delivered by providing advice and input into policy development, service improvements, and other key decisions impacting them or their loved ones.

We are also holding our first online Family and Supporters Forum on Monday, 24 March, at 6:30pm, where members of our Executive team talk about our future direction and key initiatives and answer any questions. This is an opportunity for family and supporters to share insights, voice concerns, and be part of shaping the way forward—because we’re in this together.
