Scope has extensive experience providing accommodation and respite services and we’re transforming these services under the NDIS to deliver more choice and control.

We believe every person has the right to live the life they want and can achieve their goals with the right support.
Depending on the location, services will gradually transfer from March 2019 through October 2019.
Day 1 after transfer will be no different to how services have been delivered in the past. We want you to have a smooth transfer, and all your support staff will be transferring – including Operations Manager(s), House Supervisor(s) and direct support staff so you will continue to have the same quality of service. Our first priority is to get to know you and understand your needs, and concerns.
The disability services staff at your house will not change as a result of the transfer. All disability services staff, including Operations Managers, House Supervisors and direct support staff will be seconded to Home@Scope.
We are committed to listen and learn. We will meet with you and your family in your home.
We will start with group meetings but you will also have the opportunity to have one-on-one meetings so we can get to know you better, and have time to discuss all your hopes, concerns and needs.
Of course, we’ll be working closely with the Government to make sure we have key information and documents about how to support you. We’ll be working with your House Supervisors and key staff as well, and listening to them.
Yes, we will continue to support you to do the things you enjoy, and support you to exercise choice and control in the way you want to live.
We will make sure your family member has the same access to transport to keep doing what they love.
We will ensure that people with no family support have access to independent advocacy, such as through VALID.
