eLearning for businesses

  • See the Person (Disability Awareness Training)
    An essential introduction to disability awareness and inclusion. Your employees will learn the importance of using inclusive language, how to interact /communicate with confidence and respect, and their responsibilities under the Disability Discrimination Act.
  • Easy Read
    Learn how to make your information available in plain language and Easy English, for staff and customers who have low literacy. On completing this module, your employees will have the skills to produce documents in plain language and Easy English/Easy Read.
  • Communication Access (in-person and telephone communication)
    Communication Access means that all customers, including people with communication difficulties, can get their message across and be understood by your staff. This module will equip your employees with knowledge, tools and strategies to use with customers who have communication difficulties.

  • Practical communication strategies
    Gain foundation knowledge about communication aids and ways to improve support for people with communication support needs. Recommended as part of frontline staff induction, or as a communication training refresher.
