Our approach to delivering services
Our approach to the transfer will be guided by the Scope Approach, a set of strongly embedded values that define our organisation. Foremost of these is “See the Person” – this is the heart of Scope, the conviction in the “personhood” of each individual, regardless of disability.”
Our services are all about supporting people with disability to exercise choice and control in their everyday life.
Our team listens to each person and their family to understand their interests, needs and goals.
We help people bring their NDIS plan to life with a program that is tailored to them, supporting them to learn new skills, become more independent and join in social activities.
We provide an integrated service so people can access other supports they may need – whether that is lifestyle options, therapy support for equipment or mealtimes, specialist positive behaviour support or communication aids.
The safety and wellbeing of people we support is important to us and we provide education so people understand their rights, as well as training and support to staff to ensure these rights are protected and upheld.
