The aim of this research was to adapt a survey that was originally designed to measure outcomes of disability services for adults so that it can be used by carers of children and young people with disability. The research involved focus groups and interviews that informed the initial adaptation of the survey followed by large-scale completion of the survey.
As a result of this research, disability service providers now have access to an evidence-based survey that can be used to assess outcomes for children and young people with disability.
