Customised Employment
If you have a significant disability, Customised Employment can help you participate in the workforce. It’s a proven, four-stage process that helps you find, secure, and stay in a job.
School Leaver Employment Supports / Employment Assistance
If you're in your final years of high school or have recently graduated, Scope's School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES), under the Finding and Keeping a Job NDIS category, are designed to help you transition smoothly into the workforce.
Supported Employment
Scope’s supported employment currently employs around 500 people with disability and has opportunities in NSW at our Australian Disability Enterprises in Kingsgrove and Seven Hills.
METS (Training Services)
We support workplace experience, so you get the most out of your education and feel knowledgeable and equipped to launch into your new job.
