Supported employment is all about helping you achieve your goals and make a real difference in your life. You get ongoing training and support for your needs, plus the option of flexible work hours and days. It’s a great pathway if you’re looking towards open employment.
Most of our work is in light manufacturing, packaging and assembly. With great support from our business customers, you’ll be working with some of Australia’s most recognisable brands.
We also provide opportunities to work in Scope Assetcare, our social enterprise based in Glendenning (NSW) which specialises in property maintenance services.
Get job ready with work experience
We understand transitioning into work can be a big step. Through our enhanced work experience program, Scope can support you to develop the practical skills, confidence, and work ethics, you’ll need to be job ready.
Upon completion of Scope's 10-week work experience program, you’ll gain a Certificate of Achievement and a placement evaluation to include on your resume. You will also be given the opportunity to apply for paid employment at Scope’s packaging locations.

Our work experience program aligns with the NSW Department of Education School terms and is facilitated in 10-week blocks.
This program is suitable for students in their final years of schooling and or Participants who are currently undertaking School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) with registered NDIS Providers.
