DES is an employment support service that helps people with a permanent or long-term disability or health condition find and keep a job. The service is funded by the Australian Government.

Our experienced team at Scope can help you grow your confidence by helping you to:

  • develop a professional CV
  • write effective cover letters
  • practice your interview technique
  • find appropriate jobs via job sites, Seek, Indeed and local job boards
  • connect with local, disability friendly employers

Once you’re employed, we offer ongoing support to help you stay in your job by working closely with you and your new employer to ensure you’re enjoying the job and learning new skills.
