Our programs are designed to help you explore your interests, stay active, and connect with your community. Every week brings something new and exciting — here’s a glimpse of what’s happening at Cronulla:
Community Zumba – Held at the local RSL Club, these sessions bring energy, fun, and fitness to all.
Gym sessions – Stay active and strong with the support of a qualified trainer.
Life Skills Program – Build independence with practical skills for everyday life, from managing money to growing your own herbs.
Community Garden Club – Connect with nature, nurture plants, and enjoy the outdoors together.
Big Day Out Adventures – Explore Sydney’s best attractions and experiences with your peers and support staff.
Creative Scrapbooking – Express yourself, capture memories, and share your story through art.

I also love the Life Skills program – It’s awesome. It reminds me of being back at school, which were some of my favourite times.
