On 3 December each year we celebrate International Day of People with Disability by acknowledging the incredible contributions of our leaders who are living with disability.

At Scope, we are committed to ensuring people with disability are in leadership positions, from our service delivery teams through to the Board and Executive. It is our ambition to continue to be an equitable, inclusive, and diverse organisation where everyone can thrive.

We also acknowledge the contributions of our Client Advisory Panel who speak up about what matters most to the people we support. We remain steadfast in our commitment to ensuring our clients and families are involved in decision-making processes that affect their lives.

But we believe that leadership goes beyond a job title. Every day we see remarkable examples of our clients dreaming big and being leaders in their own lives. Today we celebrate their achievements, and the incredible people who support them.

Happy International Day of People with Disability!
