Who is eligible for the NDIS?
To access the NDIS, you must meet the following criteria:
- Age: Between 9 and 65 years old when you apply
- Residency: An Australian citizen, permanent resident, or Protected Special Category Visa holder
- Disability: A permanent disability that significantly affects your daily life and requires support
