Scope Customer Insight Committee

An independent voice for improving our services

At Scope, it is important that our customers are at the centre of our decision making. We want to understand what’s working for our customers and how can we improve.

Scope’s Customer Insight Committee (CIC) is an advisory body that helps us make sure we involve our customers in the design and delivery of our services.

Established in 2015, the Customer Insight Committee (CIC) is made up of people with a disability. The purpose of this advisory board is to provide a strong and independent voice in improving services for our customers.

They provide recommendations to management based on presentations and discussion on various Scope policies and from feedback provided from customers who use Scope’s services.

Applications are now invited from people with disability interested joining the CIC and in shaping the future of Scope. The CIC is intended to have a level of independence from Scope. For that reason, current clients, parents, family members, employees, directors, committee members, contractors and suppliers are not eligible for appointment.
