Disability Employment Services (DES) is an employment support service that helps people with a permanent or long-term disability or health condition find and keep a job. The service is funded by the Australian Government.

Here at Scope, we partner with you to help you find employment that works for you. We know how important work is and we also know how hard it can be to find the right fit.

When you’re looking for work, DES provides regular support. We can help you work out what type of job best suits your needs, work skills, and career goals. Then, we’ll help you find the right job for you.

Once you’re employed, we offer ongoing support to help you stay in your job. This can involve working closely with you and your new employer to make sure you’re enjoying the job and learning new skills.
