Nicole Marshall is leading the way in ensuring our organisation is accessible and inclusive for people with disability.

As Inclusion Strategy Lead, Nicole is co-leading the implementation of Scope’s Disability Action Plan, which sets out the actions we're taking to improve the accessibility of our workplace and services, with a focus on strengthening the employment experience for people with disability.

We spoke to Nicole about her work and why it’s important to have people with disability in leadership roles.

Nicole also wears the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, a globally recognised way for people to discreetly indicate that they have a disability or condition that may not be immediately apparent.
