This research aimed to assess the reliability and validity of three surveys developed by Scope to measure outcomes of disability services.
The surveys were:
- Social inclusion (The Social Inclusion Measure – Revised, 2014)
- The impact of disability services on the lives of people with disability (Outcomes and Impact Scale — Revised, 2014)
- Measuring progress towards goals (Measuring Outcomes in Services and Supports tool — Short Form, 2014).

From this research, MiSO was developed – an online app that disability service providers can use to measure outcomes of service provision.
