eLearning for businesses

  • See the Person (Disability Awareness Training)
    An essential introduction to disability awareness and inclusion. Your employees will learn the importance of using inclusive language, how to interact /communicate with confidence and respect, and their responsibilities under the Disability Discrimination Act.
  • Accessible Information
    An introduction to the principles of Easy English and Plain Language. Learn the importance of providing accessible information to staff and customers who have low literacy, including the elderly, people with disability and those from CALD communities. Suitable for frontline, marketing & communications, legal, policy & procedure and recruitment staff.

  • Communication Access (in-person and telephone communication)
    Communication Access means that all customers, including people with communication difficulties, can get their message across and be understood by your staff. This module will equip your employees with knowledge, tools and strategies to use with customers who have communication difficulties.
