Joining a Social Connections program is a great way to feel part of a connected community. Held in one of our centres or out in the community, these group sessions are a safe place to express yourself and try new activities.
Before you start, we’ll get to know you as a person and design a program that’s right for you. At Scope, we call our day programs ‘Social Connections’.

What happens at Scope Social Connections?
There are plenty of things you can do in our Social Connections programs. We offer sport, art, music, and a wide variety of recreational activities.
You could go swimming, bowling, rock-climbing, try your luck at bingo or enjoy lunch at a cafe. It’s all about getting out and about, trying new hobbies, meeting new people, and learning new skills.
Generally, the groups include people with similar needs and interests. And they’re run by a friendly team who have plenty of experience to support you.
