At Moss Vale, there’s always something enjoyable and engaging happening each week. Our programs support social connection, independence and skill development through a mix of centre-based activities and community experiences.
Our weekly calendar may include:
• Animal therapy and visits to local animal shelters
• Cooking, baking and shared meal preparation
• Sport and fitness activities such as swimming, bowling and gym sessions
• Community outings and day trips across the Southern Highlands
• Life skills and travel training
• Creative arts, crafts and music programs
• Coffee clubs, library visits and community garden programs
• Weekly bingo sessions at the Mittagong RSL
