Scope's Community Inclusion Team is excited to bring Inclusive Hockey back for 2026/2027, with programs running in Bendigo, South East Melbourne (Keysborough) and North West Melbourne (Parkville). The program is delivered in partnership with Hockey Victoria and provides people with disability aged 18 and over the opportunity to stay active, build friendships and develop new skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Whether you're new to hockey or have played before, Inclusive Hockey is suitable for all experience levels. Sessions run over a 12-week program and are supported by Scope's Community Inclusion Team. Participants are encouraged to bring a friend, family member or support person if assistance is required during activities.

This program is costed under a NDIS Program of Support and program participation fee. New participants should contact Community Inclusion for a sports intake form.

There is no limit to what Mimari can do

As an adult with a communication difficulty, Mimari always wanted to be treated like other people her age, instead of often being ignored or feeling nervous in social situations. Since she began using Scope’s services, Mimari has found a new level of confidence to speak up and show us who she truly is.
